| This
new construction garage floor must be totally swept,
cleaned and scrubbed with a special chemical that
complies with the new SCAQMD regulation. This is the
most important part of the total application. |
Manually Scrubbing First and detailing the sides of the
garage floor. This garage floor must also be processed
with added cleaning by allowing the "grinding machine"
to make the floor easier to accept the primer.

| After
the cleaning and scrubbing of the floor is completed,
this brand new garage floor with a few line cracks and
small holes in the floor, must be repaired with epoxy
filling and sanding. |
After the garage floor is cleaned of rust spots, oil
spots and dirt, it is now ready for the next process.
The fan must be used to help the garage floor dry before
the next procedure of applying the primer. |

new garage floor is being patched with compound and
re-surfaced before the primer application. |
All
areas within the garage are being double checked before
the next process. |
 
| A
double layer of primer chemical that complies with the
new SCAQMD regulation being applied to the garage floor. |
After
the primer on the garage floor is dry, an epoxy color
chemical (optional color) that complies with the new
SCAQMD regulation, is being applied to the garage floor. |
 
| The
next step is for the clear chemical sealer, that
complies with the new SCAQMD regulation, be applied to
the garage floor. |
All
corners and lower side wall sections must be hand
painted with the chemical sealer. (this hand painting
must also be done with the cleaning and primer
applications) |
 
| After
the garage floor is totally dry, the garage floor area
is totally cleaned of all trash and debri. |
The
finished garage floor. Normally, depending on the
weather, it will take a few days before automobiles can
be driven into the garage. The company accepts full
